    I just want to thank Mike and Amy for letting me be part of Stonecreek Jamboree again, you guys are GREAT!, your jamboree just keeps getting bigger and better, everyone just loves what you guys are doing. I would like to say thank you also to all the Elvis fans that were there, I don't think I have ever signed them many autographs at one event our had so many people want their picture taken with me.     All one can say is WOW!! What a fantastic celebration you two share with family, friends, and strangers... This only goes to show the depth of your generosity.     Being part of this celebration party for 3 years has been an uplifting event worthy of everyone's time to see, as well as being able to donate time and volunteer to it.  Not many entertainment events happen in our world that is as uplifting for the whole family and community at large.     Hi, i just wanted to thank you for the wonderful day, my family had, my little granddaughter talked all the way home how much fun she had riding the train, going in the tunnels and face painting. and she loved granny. and can't wait for next year to come again. i lost my paper that we were supposed to fill out, but we enjoyed the day so much as a family, as my sister will be having tests this week to know if she has cancer so it was so special to be away from it all. you and your volunteers did a fantastic job, everything was so organized and you have a beautiful peaceful place. again thank you and God willing we will all be back next year. thanks for a wonderful time. joyce

    You did it again, broke the record and just plain fun!!!!!! Saw my relatives and even found some very old friends (thanks Mike) we exchanged e-mails so hope to keep in touch with each other and they are coming back next year.     I assure you that the GRATITUDE is all on our part....the receivers of the wonderful slice of Americana that you obviously worked on VERY hard! What a beautiful place! While dear to my heart because of its family history and fond memories of growing up with it, you have made it a true show place. Now I live in a brown dried up area where everything is beautiful at a distance and I very much miss green grass and water and groomed yards and NO junker cars sitting around. So to spend time where you have provided all of that is good for the heart. All of this doesn't begin to say how much I also appreciate the music you have chosen, along with the venue.     My husband and I were fortunate enough to be visiting Benson from Seguin, Tx when you hosted your pot-luck and Jamboree last weekend. In a nutshell-it was wonderful!! We enjoyed the entertainment, the food, and the whole experience. Everyone was so gracious and accommodating. It's mind-boggling to think of all the coordinating and preparation that it took to make everything run so smoothly. You 2 must be miracle workers.     There are not the words to properly thank you two for what you have given me. The pleasure of Saturday evening will linger in my heart all through the winter months. It was the finest single day of the summer. Mike, your tribute to those who have gone before us is so touching, so heart-felt. It saddens me that anyone would choose to miss something like this. All of my life I have carried with me the joy of life that your family embodied, and I felt it in all of its glory this last weekend. Thank you for how much you have given me and my family. Sam was just buzzing on the way home and filled with questions about you, the farm, Ira and Mavis, and growing up as we got to. I am thrilled that he got to experience that. Stonecreek Committee: We've had the honor of being on the committee for the Stone Creek Jamboree for the past 2 years. Mike and Amy have made being a committee member so much fun! They are the most well organized couple to work with! This is the reason the Stone Creek Jamboree is such a successful event each year! They always put the enjoyment for those who will be attending as first priority! They want the guests, entertainers, and workers to want for nothing. It will always be free to the public, fun, and family oriented because of their generosity! The committee has already had a planning meeting for the August 25, 2007 Jamboree!
